These terms govern the sale of textile products marketed by BELNOU through the website or through the professional channels provided.

Certain professional, distribution or B2B transactions may be subject to quotations, commercial agreements or specific terms accepted by the parties.

BELNOU displays information about its products, ranges, characteristics and photographs for guidance purposes. Small variations in colour, finish or presentation may occur due to technical, manufacturing or screen display reasons.

Product availability, sizes and formats may vary. In the event of unavailability, BELNOU will inform the customer and may propose an alternative, a new delivery date or cancellation of the order.

Prices, where displayed, will be stated in euros. Unless expressly indicated otherwise, applicable taxes will be calculated according to current regulations.

Shipping, transport and other additional costs will be indicated before the order is formalised whenever applicable.

The order will be formalised when BELNOU confirms its acceptance and, where applicable, payment has been validated by the established means.

The customer must review the data provided before confirming the order. BELNOU is not responsible for errors arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Available payment methods will be displayed during the purchase process or indicated in the corresponding commercial communication.

BELNOU may make order preparation or shipment conditional on effective receipt of payment, unless a different commercial agreement applies.

Delivery times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. They may be affected by availability, order volume, destination, transport or causes beyond BELNOU’s control.

The customer must check the condition of the packaging on delivery and report any visible incident as soon as possible.

Where the buyer is a consumer, they may exercise the right of withdrawal under the legally established terms, generally within 14 calendar days from receipt of the product.

Returns will not be accepted for personalised products, products made to customer specifications, used products, products handled inappropriately or products that are not suitable for return, except in the event of defect or lack of conformity.

Products are covered by the legal guarantee applicable at any given time. The guarantee covers lack of conformity under current regulations, but not damage caused by improper use, inadequate maintenance, ordinary wear and tear or improper handling.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall submit to the courts and tribunals that are competent under applicable law.
